I did not know Vinay before viewing a listing of his. I have spent more than half of my life in Australia and I grew up in Europe. Over 50 years, I have bought/sold many homes/land both here and overseas, and have exposure to many real estate agents. I have found that size or brand does not guarantee knowledge or professionalism. The sellers market and price bubble, alas, has not helped.
